Tan Son Security Service Co., Ltd frequenly has demand in recruiting professional security employees. Hereafter is recruitment information and policies of security employees.

          RECRUITMENT

I./Recruitement standards:

1. Male from 18 to 40 ages, height of 1m65 and upper, weight is 55 kg and upper.

2. Female from 18 to 35 ages, height of 1m58 and upper, weight is 48 kg and upper.

3. Cultural qualification: high school and upper.

4. Good health, no infectious disease, malformation, tattoo

5. Clear curriculum. No criminal sentence.

6. Give preferences if knowing foreign language, kung fu, police, returning from military.

7. For unskillful labours that still do not have security skills, they will be trained rightly after entering the company.

8. Satisfy with work regime by shifts.

II./ Recruitment documents:

1.         01 Application.

2.         02 curriculumn vitae with picture stamped with confirmation from local authority.

3.         Duplicate of high school graduation Degree, certificate and confirmation of local authority

4.         01 health examination.

5.         Decision of leaving job from old company (if any).

6.         Copy of ID card, family record book, temporary residence, (if staying in provinces).

7.         Verify relatives with no criminal sentence from commune, ward and town.

8.         10 newst pictures size 3x4.

III./ Costs of initial payment:

Uniform has validity of VND 600,000 (Including 02 uniforms and other equipment). The company will support completely under the condition that employee must work sufficiently in 12 months and upper. If that employee leaves job before 12 months, the company will not return uniform amount.

IV./ Regime and policies:

Averae income is from 5,000,000/month.

           TRAINING PROGRAM

After passing through the short-list round and completing all procedures of enrollment, trainees are transferred to training department of the company. Whole employees will be trained following with standards, conditions and times as regulated by the company.

At the end of training time, whole trainees will be checked and evaluated training results. Through that, reject unsatisfied people, graduated trainess will be assigned to practice at objectives within 15 days.

After 15 days of practice at objects, the company will base on evaluation report of trainees’ commander and then make decision for job assignment suitably with each employee at objects. 

With advanced training procedures, with supports of morden equipments such as: projector, laptop, video and plentiful images about security field, they will help trainees to receive and feel in actually about jobs which they are going to undertake.
